Backup files created by the user

All data is stored locally on the user's device unless the user manually exports or shares files.

DepoFlow may use the device camera for barcode scanning.

The camera is used only for scanning barcodes and is not used to collect, store, or transmit personal images.

Storage Access

The application may request file access to:

Create backup files

Restore backup files

Export CSV reports

Export PDF reports

These files are created only when requested by the user.

Network Usage

DepoFlow is designed to work primarily offline.

Future optional integration features such as IP Camera, POS, Printer, Scale, QR Menu, or e-Invoice connections may require network access depending on the user's configuration.

Data Sharing

DepoFlow does not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties.

Data Security

User data remains under the user's control and is stored locally on the device unless manually exported.

DepoFlow is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
